Future Energy Lab

The energy transition is gaining unstoppable momentum. This huge societal challenge calls for collaboration at a level that transcends organisational boundaries. The first Future Energy Lab (FEL) is located in Budel. The FEL focuses on accelerating the energy transition by perfecting promising technologies and systems and preparing them for the market.

Metalot’s Future Energy Lab aims to accelerate the energy transition by:

bringing together new value chains in a collaboration between knowledge institutes, government agencies and the business community
jointly conceiving future visions
developing concrete projects to give these future visions substance
developing concrete and practical systems in collaboration with consortia (TRL>4)
jointly marketing the IP created in this manner.
